The ODOO knowledge base is an online e-platform containing a set of commercial, marketing and func- tional documents, to help PARTNER acquire and leverage Odoo knowledge, grow its business, attract more customers, and build brand awareness. PARTNER will have access to commercial coaching provided by their dedicated Account Man- ager, as appointed by ODOO. PARTNER also has the option to purchase support services or training by subscribing to an Odoo Success Pack, for an extra fee.

PARTNER also receives free access to the ODOO E-Learning platform (for unlimited users). The ODOO E-Learning platform provides a set of high quality online video courses and tutorials about oWcial Odoo Apps. PARTNER will have access to commercial coaching provided by their dedicated Account Man- ager, as appointed by ODOO. 1The 100% commission rate on Odoo SH Platform is granted for all Odoo Enterprise subscriptions signed during the 1rst year of partnership, as long as those subscription are renewed. After the 1rst year, PARTNER gets the normal Odoo Enterprise commission, according to the partnership level. PARTNER also has the option to purchase speci1c technical training by subscribing to an Odoo Success Pack, for an extra fee.

  • Training Benefits In the event that the Employer should introduce new methods or machines which require new or greater skills than are possessed by employees under the present method of operation, such employees shall, at the expense of the Employer, be given a reasonable period of time, in the opinion of the Employer, during which they may perfect or acquire the skills necessitated by the new method of operation. There shall be no change in wage or salary rates during the training period of any such employee.

  • Training Plan Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Good Shepherd shall develop a written plan (Training Plan) that outlines the steps Good Shepherd will take to ensure that: (a) all Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding Good Shepherd’s CIA requirements and Compliance Program, including the Code of Conduct and (b) all Relevant Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding: (i) the Federal health care program requirements regarding eligibility for hospice services upon initial admission, recertification for continued stay, and for Continuous Care, Respite Care, and General Inpatient Care; (ii) the role of physicians in making eligibility determinations; (iii) the accurate coding and submission of claims; (iv) policies, procedures, and other requirements applicable to the documentation of medical records; (v) the personal obligation of each individual involved in the claims submission process to ensure that such claims are accurate; (vi) applicable reimbursement statutes, regulations, and program requirements and directives; (vii) the legal sanctions for violations of the Federal health care program requirements; and (viii) examples of proper and improper eligibility determinations, documentation, and claims submission practices. The Training Plan shall include information regarding the training topics, the categories of Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons required to attend each training session, the length of the training, the schedule for training, and the format of the training. Within 30 days of the OIG’s receipt of Good Shepherd’s Training Plan, OIG will notify Good Shepherd of any comments or objections to the Training Plan. Absent notification by the OIG that the Training Plan is unacceptable, Good Shepherd may implement its Training Plan. Good Shepherd shall furnish training to its Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons pursuant to the Training Plan during each Reporting Period.

  • Housing Benefit The Landlord undertakes to reimburse the Agent for any claims arising from overpayment which may be made by the local authority in respect of housing benefit, or other benefit scheme, paid to or on behalf of the Tenant(s) as rent. This undertaking shall remain in force during the currency of the tenancy and up six years thereafter, whether or not the Agent continues to be engaged to let or manage the Property under this Agreement.

  • Training Pay City shall pay one and one-half times regular salary rate for training required by the Police and Peace Officers Licensing Law which is taken outside of regular duty hours (approximately 48 hours every three years).
