Training Pay. The Contractor and each individual Operator they intend to employ during the season shall attend a mandatory two (2) hour pre-season training class. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss snow removal policies and procedures. A compensation of Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($50.00) will be paid to the Contractor for each Operator, (up to three (3) per truck being supplied), who attend the class. The compensation shall be paid subject to the Contractor’s equipment being approved for use, on or around December 1, 2021. No compensation will be given for attendance at makeup training sessions having to be scheduled during the season either due to failure to attend the pre-season class or substitution of an Operator. Signed agreements should be submitted to the City by October 15, 2021. Signed agreements must be received by the City prior the Contractor’s employees being allowed to attend training and/or have their equipment calibrated.

Examples of Training Pay in a sentence

  • Fire Safety Training Pay shall mean that during the time an Sergeant, with the appropriate fire safety certification, is conducting research, assisting in writing programs and policies, and/or conducting fire safety training authorized by the Director of Public Safety Services, they will receive an additional $1.00 per hour.

Related to Training Pay

  • training allowance means an allowance (whether by way of periodical grants or otherwise) payable—

  • Training Costs means reasonable costs incurred to upgrade the technological skills of Full-Time Employees in Illinois and includes: curriculum development; training materials (including scrap product cost); trainee domestic travel expenses; instructor costs (including wages, fringe benefits, tuition and domestic travel expenses); rent, purchase or lease of training equipment; and other usual and customary training cots. “Training costs” do not include, except where the Company receives prior written approval of the Department, costs associated with travel outside the United States, wages and fringe benefits of employees during periods of training, administrative costs related to Full-Time Employees of the Taxpayer, or amounts paid to an affiliate of the Company.

  • Training Package means a set of qualifications and units of competency developed to meet the training needs of an industry, or a group of industries, and endorsed at the national level. Training Plan means the plan for the training and assessment to be delivered to an individual created by the Training Provider pursuant to Clause 7 of Schedule 1. Training Provider Group means the Training Provider and any other registered training organisation that is a Related Training Provider, other than by reason of paragraph (b) of that term.

  • Training Plan means the plan that outlines what training and assessment will be conducted off-the-job and what will be conducted on-the-job and how the Registered Training Organisation will assist in ensuring the integrity of both aspects of the training and assessment process.
