Common use of Training Assignment Clause in Contracts

Training Assignment. Management has the right to assign, in writing, an employee to train 12 4.8.1 The employee submits a timely request for training pay under this section. 13 Requests should be submitted consistent with department policies and procedures, and if possible 14 should be submitted within the pay period in which the training time is worked; 15 4.8.2 The training employee must be part of the evaluation process for the trainee, and; 16 4.8.3 Leads, and those whose primary job duty is training, are not eligible for this 17 premium.
