Common use of Training Agreements Clause in Contracts

Training Agreements. Training agreements entered into under these training standards shall contain a clause making the standards part of the agreement with the same effect as if expressly written therein. For this reason each applicant shall be given an opportunity to read this training program before signing his or her training agreement. The following shall receive copies of the training agreement: A) The trainee; B) The Company; C) The local Union.
