Trainee Assignments. Recognizing the need to maintain support of programs designed to develop adequate numbers of competent workers in the film and television industry, the Producer may engage trainees in the respective departments, by order of engagement established in Article MB16.03 (b) to perform such work as is within their capabilities and which is customarily performed by the department in which they are training. On request, the District Council will provide the Producer with a copy of an up-to-date list of Members of the Guild who have been accredited to accept trainee assignments.
