TRAFFIC DETOUR CONTROL. 25.06(1) Until the Construction Completion Certificate for paved roads, paved lanes and paved walkways is issued, the Developer shall make arrangements, at its sole cost and expense, satisfactory to the Director, Roads, for payment of the installation and maintenance by the City, of all traffic detour signs that may be required to control traffic on the streets within and along the boundaries of the Development Area; and
