Trades Upgrading. The Parties have agreed to refer the issue of the Upgrading of Trades II employees to a committee of no more than two (2) from each side. It shall be the responsibility of the committee to investigate methods and procedures to upgrade Trades II employees to a TQ level (or agreed upon equivalent). It is understood that the committee shall make recommendations to the Employer and the Union as to how to best accomplish an organized upgrading of trades employees.
