Labour Code. It is agreed that the operation of Subsection 2 of Section 50 of the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia is excluded from this Agreement.
Labour Code. The Parties hereto agree to specifically exclude the operation of Section 50(2) of the Labour Code of B.C.
Labour Code. Nothing in this Agreement precludes the Parties from utilizing the Labour Code, by mutual agreement, to resolve differences.
Labour Code. 9.01 Subsection (2) and (3) of Section 50 of the Labour Relations Code of B.C. shall be inoperative and shall not be applicable to this Agreement.
Labour Code. It is understood and agreed upon between the Board and the Union that the operations of sub-section (2) of Section 66 of the Labour Code of British Columbia is hereby excluded from and shall not be applicable to this Agreement.
