Trade Requirements. 16.1 Supplier understands that this Agreement is subject to compliance with U.S. and other national export, import, customs and trade-related laws and regulations and that it is responsible for implementing procedures to ensure compliance with all guidelines outlined in each of HP Regional Trade Guidelines. Supplier acknowledges that it is knowledgeable about such laws, regulations, and HP requirements and agrees to comply with same.
