Tractor Drivers. Tractor drivers on the long line Schedule (S.F. - L.A.) are to be paid at the same rate as set forth in the Long Line and Turn-around Collective Bargaining Agreement between California Trucking Associations, Inc., and Highway Drivers’ Council of California. Where a driver is paid on the mileage scale, the hourly rate shall be paid for unloading and loading of freight and tire changes when such work is per- formed by the driver, in addition to the mileage rate.
