TPS’s Representatives Clause Samples

TPS’s Representatives. TPS shall designate in writing at least one representative (“TPS’s Representative”). TPS’s Representatives shall be authorized and empowered to act for and on behalf of TPS as to all obligations of TPS hereunder. TPS may change TPS’s Representatives from time-to-time. Customer shall be entitled to rely upon, and TPS shall be bound by, the oral and written communications, directions, requests and decisions made by TPS’s Representatives with regard to this Agreement.
