Total Cash Price. Paragraph 10 of the MOU addresses the total cash price to be paid by the Buyers to the YMCA for all parcels. The Parties reaffirm their intention that the purchase and sale of the Property shall be for a total price of $20,500,000.00 allocated among the segments of parcels as described herein.
