Topsoil. Insofar as it may be practicable to do so, the Grantee shall, unless otherwise requested by the Grantor, strip, prior to construction such width of topsoil as may be required under good oil field practices and in compliance with existing regulations and replace the topsoil as near as possible to its original condition following construction.
