Common use of Tool Restriction Clause in Contracts

Tool Restriction. There shall be no restrictions on the use of tools, machinery, or equipment simplifying electrical construction work or erecting of equipment, when such tools, machinery, or equipment are operated by Workmen under the terms of this Agreement. When the Employer elects to do such work by hand, such as pipe threading, wire pulling, or channeling, such work shall be done by Workmen employed under the terms of this Agreement. No tools shall be borrowed from other crafts, on any job, except by the Employer.
