To request paper copies from SPD. To request delivery of paper copies of electronic notices and disclosures that DocuSign and/or SPD have previously provided to you, you must send an email to SPD at XXX.XXXxxxx@xxxxx.xx.xx and in the body of your email request state your email address, full name, mailing address, and telephone number. SPD will charge you a $1.00 per page copy fee plus postage.
