TJJD. For and in consideration of the services provided to TJJD youth, TJJD shall:
TJJD. For an in consideration of the parole supervision and services provided to TJJD youth by the Service Provider, the TJJD will:
A. Provide the Service Provider with policies and amendments from relevant TJJD manuals used in the provision of parole supervision and services to TJJD youth.
B. Fairly compensate the Service Provider from current revenues available to the TJJD at the reasonable rate of eighteen dollars ($18.00) per youth, per day. The TJJD will reimburse the Service Provider for the cost of DNA testing required by HB 1068, 79th Legislature, performed at the request of the TJJD, provided that prior approval is obtained from the TJJD Regional Parole Manager. The TJJD shall not pay for parole supervision or services for youth who are no longer under the jurisdiction of the TJJD or no longer residing in the Service Provider’s service area. Billing for costs or services not provided to a youth is prohibited and any costs paid shall be recouped or administrative error sanctions shall be imposed. The total Not to Exceed (NTE) amount from the effective date of this contract for all expenses and costs detailed in herein is.: fifty thousand dollars and zero cents ($50,000.00). If additional funding is needed, an amendment will be required.
C. Reimbursement of services will include reentry planning sessions conducted while the youth is in secure, contract, or Halfway House care. Reentry planning sessions include any home evaluation conducted and contract parole officer “advocating, linking and/or referring” youth to reentry services in the community during Youth Service Team meetings. The expectation is for Reentry planning reimbursement not to exceed $62.00 per month, per youth.
D. Pay for ongoing services provided for a period not to exceed twenty (20) calendar days following a youth’s abscond from the home/home substitute, is in jail or detention pending a level 1 administrative or district court hearing and/or in jail or detention.
E. Terms of payment shall be in accordance with Chapter 2251 of the Texas Government Code and Texas Government Code Section 403.0551 that payment owing to the Service Provider under this contract will be applied toward elimination of the Service Provider’s indebtedness to the state, delinquency in payment of taxes to the state, or delinquency in payment of taxes that the Texas Comptroller administers or collects until the indebtedness or delinquency is paid in full.

TJJD. 1. For and in consideration of the services provided to TJJD youth, TJJD shall collaborate with the GED Administrator™ and:
a. Ensure the GED® Test is utilized at TJJD as the official test to determine eligibility of a high school equivalency credential;
b. Assist and consult with Service Provider in establishing testing facilities and locations within TJJD;
c. Provide list of all education staff involved with testing process;
d. Review and validate the eligibility of test-takers who do not meet automatic eligibility requirements;
e. Work with Service Provider to resolve test-takers’ accommodation issues and requests;
f. Read, agree to, and comply with program policies/procedures for paper test administration including the requirements described in Exhibit D, Official GED Testing Center, Terms and Conditions;
g. All facility staff involved with testing will complete all required training associated with vendor’s program (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ training/certification, regulations, etc.).
h. Maintain security of all paper tests and testing materials;
i. Create test-taker profiles/lists for any students taking HSE tests;
j. Collaborate with vendor to set up testing dates as needed (ongoing);
k. Provide access to facilities and work space, as needed/possible to ensure program integrity and sustainability;
l. Ensure all tests taken are returned to vendor appropriately, including unused materials;
m. Obtain necessary consent for students to participate in the testing program;
n. Not resell any materials or provide access to any third party who is not a client user;
o. TJJD will provide access to education personnel contact information as well as student names associated with providing HSE Testing.
p. Work with Service Provider to ensure the Policy Manual is followed and report immediately to Service Provider any issues which may result in a compromise of testing materials, or any other testing or scoring irregularities and ensure the paper based test administration is conducted only by Official GED Testing Centers, that the Testing Centers have fully signed and returned Service Provider s Testing Center contract and that the Testing Center complies with the paper based testing administration policies and procedures;
q. Cooperate with requests for information from Service Provider;

TJJD. A. For and in consideration of the services provided to TJJD youth, TJJD will perform the following:
1. Determine which youth are eligible for referral to Service Provider 's Program and make appropriate referrals.
2. Approve Service Provider’s plan to provide services prior to commencement of services.
3. Pay up to $75,000 as the “not to exceed” (NTE) amount for the term of this contract.
4. Ensure that terms of payment shall be in accordance with Chapter 2251, Texas Government Code and Texas Government Code 403.0551 that payment owing to the Service Provider under this Contract will be applied toward elimination of the Service Provider’s indebtedness to the state, delinquency in payment of taxes to the state, or delinquency in payment of taxes that the Texas Comptroller administers or collects until the indebtedness or delinquency is paid in full.
5. Remove youth from Service Provider’s Program when conditions exist that threaten the health, safety, and welfare of TJJD youth in the Program.
6. Maintain records of all Program approvals by TJJD.
TJJD. For and in consideration of the services provided to TJJD youth, the TJJD will perform the following:
1. Determine which youth are eligible for referral to Service Provider's program and make appropriate referrals.
2. Approve Service Provider’s Service Area, treatment program, and plan prior to commencement of services.
3. Pay up to $259,858.00 as the “not to exceed” (NTE) amount for the term of this contract.
4. Ensure that terms of payment shall be in accordance with Chapter 2251 of the Texas Government Code and Texas Government Code Section 403.0551 that payment owing to Service Provider under this contract will be applied toward elimination of Service Provider’s indebtedness to the state, delinquency in payment of taxes to the state, or delinquency in payment of taxes that the Texas Comptroller administers or collects until the indebtedness or delinquency is paid in full.
5. Take appropriate action if notified of youth or family not being available for scheduled visit.
6. The TJJD will pay for two missed appointments per youth, up to 1 hour per session within one month. If Service Provider determines that the youth can no longer remain in the program due to absences or behavioral issues, they shall contact TJJD immediately. A decision will be made between the parties as to whether the youth will remain in the program.
7. Remove youth from Service Provider's program when conditions exist that threaten the health, safety, or welfare of TJJD youth in the program.
8. At the time of referral, provide Service Provider with the following:
a. Most recent psychological evaluation;
b. Youth’s success plan information to include the youth’s goals, plans to achieve goals, and barriers to goal achievement;
c. Release or Transition Community Re-Entry Plan -Transition (CRP-T); and
d. Discharge Summary from specialized treatment program.
9. Forward the Parole CRP-T to the Service Provider whenever the CRP-T is updated or revised.
10. Ensure all counselors providing services to youth are approved by the TJJD prior to services being provided and based on criteria established by the TJJD.
11. Maintain records of all approvals by the TJJD.
TJJD. A. TJJD will pay for services in accordance with documents that make up the Contract, including the rates listed in Exhibit B, Price Form. These rates are a fixed fee for each service stated in this Contract. The Service Provider shall provide invoices to TJJD for services performed as outlined in this Contract. Ensure that terms of payment shall be in accordance with Chapter 2251 of the Texas Government Code and Texas Government Code Section 403.0551 that payment owing to Service Provider under this Contract will be applied toward elimination of Service Provider’s indebtedness to the state, delinquency in payment of taxes to the state, or delinquency in payment of taxes that the Texas Comptroller administers or collects until the indebtedness or delinquency is paid in full. Payments under this Contract are subject to the availability of appropriated funds. Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that payments for services provided under this Contract are contingent upon TJJD’s receipt of funds appropriated by the Texas Legislature.
TJJD. For and in consideration of the services to be provided by Service Provider to TJJD youth, TJJD shall:
1. Refer appropriate TJJD youth for Service Provider’s individual treatment plan services.
2. Pay Service Provider $100.00 per hour for each phone/video conferencing session. The not to exceed amount of this contract is seven thousand dollars and zero cents ($7,000.00).
3. Ensure that payment is made in accordance with Chapter 2251 of the Texas Government Code and Texas Government Code Section 403.0551 that payment owing to Service Provider under this contract will be applied toward elimination of Service Provider’s indebtedness to the state, delinquency in payment of taxes to the state, or delinquency in payment of taxes that the Texas Comptroller administers or collects until the indebtedness or delinquency is paid in full.
