Title to Refined Products. None of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary has title to any of the Refined Products which are transported and/or distributed through the Gathering Systems, except pursuant to agreements under which the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries have no exposure to commodity price volatility as a result of having title to such Refined Products.
