Common use of Title to Financed Products Clause in Contracts

Title to Financed Products. The legal ownership in the Financed Products shall pass to the Financing Company or to the Customer, as directed by the Financing Company upon payment in full. Miraclon shall retain ownership of Software and rented Equipment in all circumstances.
