Common use of Title to Data Clause in Contracts

Title to Data. All materials, documents, data or information obtained from the County data files or any County medium furnished to the Contractor in the performance of this Contract will at all times remain the property of the County. Such data or information may not be used or copied for direct or indirect use by the Contractor after completion or termination of this Contract without the express written consent of the County. All materials, documents, data or information, including copies, must be returned to the County at the end of this Contract.

Title to Data. All materials, documents, data or information obtained pursuant to this Contract from the County data files or any County medium furnished to the Contractor in the performance of this Contract will at all times remain the property of the County. Such data or information may not be used or copied for direct or indirect use by the Contractor after completion or termination Contractor, except as required to fully execute the Scope of this Contract without the express written consent of the CountyWork, including any optional services thereunder. All such materials, documents, data data, or information, including copies, must shall be promptly returned or delivered to the County at the end upon expiration or earlier termination n of this Contract.

Such data or information may not be used or copied for direct or indirect use by the Contractor after completion or termination of this Contract without the express written consent of the County. All County Owned Documents, including materials, documents, data or information, including copies, must be returned to the County at the end of this Contract.

All materials, documents, data or information obtained from the County data files or any County medium furnished to the Contractor DISCOVERY in the performance of this Contract will at all times remain the property of the County. Such data or information may not be used or copied for direct or indirect use by the Contractor DISCOVERY after completion or termination of this Contract without the express written consent of the County. All materials, documents, data or information, including copies, must be returned to the County at the end of this Contract.

All County Owned Documents, including materials, documents, data or information, including copies, must be returned to the County at the end of this Contract.
