Common use of Title to Company Property Clause in Contracts

Title to Company Property. To the extent that Property is held in the name of a Member, the Property shall be deemed held by that Member as agent and nominee for and on behalf of the Company. Any other property acquired by or standing in the name of any Member shall be conclusively presumed not to be Property, unless an instrument in writing, signed by such Member, shall specify to the contrary.
