Common use of TITLE TO AND NATURE OF IMPROVEMENTS Clause in Contracts

TITLE TO AND NATURE OF IMPROVEMENTS. Subject to the provisions of Sections 12.2 and as otherwise appropriate in this Lease, Tenant agrees that any and all Improvements of whatever nature at any time constructed, placed or maintained upon any part of the Land shall be and remain the property of the Landlord, subject to Tenant’s rights under this Lease, including, without limitation, Section 21.2, and the rights of Administrative Agent and the Rent Purchasers under the Operative Documents.
