Common use of Title Reports Clause in Contracts

Title Reports. With respect to each Premier Mortgaged Property, a title report issued by the title company with respect thereto, dated no later than 30 days after the Second Restatement Effective Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent;

With respect to each Premier New Mortgaged Property, a title report issued by the title company Title Company with respect thereto, dated no later not more than 30 days after prior to the Second Restatement Effective Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent;

With respect to each Premier Second Restatement Date Mortgaged Property, a title report issued by the title company Title Company with respect thereto, dated no later more than 30 days after the prior to Second Restatement Effective Date and satisfactory in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent;
