Title Files. Promptly after the execution of this Agreement and until the Closing Date, Seller shall permit Buyer and its representatives at reasonable times during normal business hours to examine, in Seller's offices at their actual location, all abstracts of title, title opinions, title files, ownership maps, lease files, assignments, etc., pertaining to the Properties as requested by Buyer, insofar as the same may now be in existence and in the possession, custody or control of Seller.
