The Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries have good and marketable title to their respective properties, free and clear of any Lien except for Liens disclosed to and approved in writing by the Bank, those permitted by this agreement and the other Related Documents. The Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries owns, or is licensed to use, all trademarks, trade names, copyrights, technology, know-how and processes necessary for the conduct of its business as currently conducted.
