Title and Registration. Title to the Aircraft shall remain vested in Lessor at all times during the Term to the exclusion of Lessee and that Lessor shall have only such rights as shall be specifically set forth herein. Lessor represents that as of the date of this Agreement the Aircraft is, and throughout the Term the Aircraft shall remain, lawfully registered as a civil aircraft of the United States.
Title and Registration. Time Share Lessor has exclusive legal and equitable title to each Aircraft. Time Share Lessee acknowledges that title to each Aircraft shall remain vested in Time Share Lessor. Time Share Lessee undertakes, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, to do all such further acts, deeds, assurances or things as, in the reasonable opinion of Time Share Lessor, may be necessary or desirable in order to protect or preserve Time Share Lessor's title to the various Aircraft.
Title and Registration. Lessee acknowledges that Lessor owns all legal, beneficial, and equitable title to the Aircraft, and that said title shall remain vested in Lessor during the Term hereof. Lessee shall undertake, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, to do all such further acts, deeds, assurances or things as may, in the opinion of the Lessor and at Lessor’s expense, be necessary or desirable in order to protect or preserve Lessor’s title to the Aircraft.
Title and Registration. All Tempe Bus Fleet vehicles are and shall remain throughout the Term of this Agreement, owned by, titled to, and registered to Tempe.

Title to the Heavy Equipment shall at all times remain with the Contractor and nothing contained in this Contract shall be deemed to have the effect of conferring upon the Authorized User any right or title whatsoever in or to the Heavy Equipment. Purchase of Heavy Equipment is not permitted under this Contract. If applicable, the Heavy Equipment shall be registered to the Contractor with license plate affixed and suitable for operation on the highway.

To the extent requested by Owner or Lessor, or their respective and assigns, Lessee shall take all action necessary to continue all rights and interests of Owner, and their respective successors or assigns in the Aircraft under Applicable Law against any claims of Lessee and any persons claiming by, through, or under Lessee.

Owner has lawful possession of the Aircraft and is the beneficiary/Trustor under a Trust Agreement with the registered Owner, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., which holds title as Owner Trustee. Time Share Lessee acknowledges that title to the Aircraft shall remain vested in Owner, and Time Share Lessee undertakes, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law to do all such further acts, deeds, assurances, or things as may, in the reasonable opinion of the Owner, be necessary or desirable in order to protect or preserve Owner’s title to the Aircraft. To the extent requested by Owner, its respective successors or assigns, Time Share Lessee shall take all action necessary to continue all right and interest of Owner and/or NuStar, their respective successors or assigns in the Aircraft under Applicable Law against any claims of Time Share Lessee and any persons claiming by, through, or under Time Share Lessee.
Title and Registration. CCS is the registered owner of the Aircraft and CCS has lawful possession of the Aircraft. Time Share Lessee acknowledges that title to the Aircraft shall remain vested in CCS, and Time Share Lessee undertakes, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law to do all such further acts, deeds, assurances, or things as may, in the reasonable opinion of CCS, be necessary or desirable in order to protect or preserve CCS’s title to the Aircraft. To the extent requested by CCS and its respective successors or assigns, Time Share Lessee shall take all action necessary to continue all right and interest of CCS and its respective successors or assigns in the Aircraft under Applicable Law against any claims of Time Share Lessee and any persons claiming by, through, or under Time Share Lessee.
Title and Registration. Headlessor has exclusive legal and equitable title to the Aircraft. Time Share Lessee acknowledges that title to the Aircraft shall remain vested in Headlessor. Time Share Lessee undertakes, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, to do all such further acts, deeds, assurances or things as, in the reasonable opinion of Time Share Lessor, may be necessary or desirable in order to protect or preserve Headlessor’s title to the Aircraft.
