Common use of Title and Position Clause in Contracts

Title and Position. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be employed as an executive officer of the Company with the title of Chief Investment Officer or in such other executive position as the Board of Managers of the Company (the “Board”) may from time to time determine with the consent of the Executive. In the performance of the Executive’s duties as an executive officer, the Executive shall be subject to the direction of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and shall not be required to take direction from or report to any other person unless otherwise directed by the Board or the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Executive’s duties and authority shall be commensurate with the Executive’s title and position with the Company.
