Common use of TITLE AND APPLICATION Clause in Contracts

TITLE AND APPLICATION. This agreement shall be known as the Frigrite Refrigeration Tasmanian Enterprise Agreement 2006 - 2009. The Agreement shall apply to all employees of the enterprise employed to perform service work, on-site installation and refurbishment work, provided that clauses, conditions and allowances contained herein pertaining to installation/on-site building and construction work will only be applicable to employees while engaged on eligible installation work.
