Tip Pool. All Tips and/or Gratuities (collectively referred to as “Tips”) that are received from customers will be placed into an employee-controlled Tip Pool. Tips received during a regularly scheduled shift are to be split evenly between scheduled employees on a per hour of work basis. All Tips will be paid to each employee by the end of a scheduled shift.
Tip Pool. 20.01 There shall be a tip pool committee, composed of four members of the bargaining unit who shall be selected by the bargaining unit members, which committee shall be responsible for administering the tip pool.
