Common use of Timescales Clause in Contracts

Timescales. 4.1 National Grid shall: (a)advise the Customer, following (i) receipt of the Customer’s Order or (ii) any survey (if deemed necessary by National Grid) or (iii) the acceptance of the Customer of any variation in accordance with clause 7.1 below (whichever is the later), of the proposed commencement date of the Works;
