Common use of Timely Review Clause in Contracts

Timely Review. The CITY will examine the ENGINEER's studies, reports, sketches, drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documents; obtain advice of an attorney, insurance counselor, accountant, auditor, bond and financial advisors, and other consultants as CITY deems appropriate; and render in writing decisions required of CITY in a timely manner. Such examinations and decisions, however, shall not relieve the ENGINEER of any contractual obligations nor of its duty to render professional services meeting the standards of care for its profession.
