Common use of Timely Reports Clause in Contracts

Timely Reports. The SRO shall comply with the provisions of C.R.S. § ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇, including reporting and record-keeping. The SRO must complete all applicable reports in a timely manner and, where practical, help coordinate investigative procedures between law enforcement and School District officials. To the extent there is a conflict between C.R.S. § ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇ and another provision of this agreement, the statute shall control.
