Common use of Timely Reports Clause in Contracts

The Company agrees to use its best efforts to file timely all reports required to be filed pursuant to Sections 13 or 15 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and to provide such information as will permit the Holder to sell this Warrant or any Warrant Shares in accordance with Rule 144 under the Securities Act.
