Common use of Timely Appointments Clause in Contracts

Timely Appointments. All reasonable efforts shall be made to assure that the Patient is seen promptly at the scheduled time. If the Physician foresees more than a minimal delay, You shall be contacted and advised of the projected delay time and shall have the option of rescheduling at a time convenient for You. • Same Day/Next Day Appointments. Every reasonable effort shall be made to accommodate same or next day appointments when necessary and requested. • Specialists Coordination. The Physician shall coordinate care with medical specialists and other practitioners to whom Patient is referred. Patient understands that fees paid under this Agreement do not include and do not cover specialist's fees or fees due to any medical professional other than the Practice staff.
