Common use of Timeliness of Performance Clause in Contracts

Timeliness of Performance. The CLIENT and TRANSYSTEMS are aware that many factors outside TRANSYSTEMS’ control may affect TRANSYSTEMS’ ability to complete the services to be provided under this Agreement. TRANSYSTEMS will perform these services with reasonable diligence and expediency consistent with sound professional practices.
