Time-scale Objectives. In order for Newbridge to offer support --- --------------------- services to its distributors and End Users, Vendor will use best endeavors to meet the following response, progress and restore time objectives. If these time-scales cannot be met, Vendor will immediately notify Newbridge and Vendor and Newbridge Primary technical contacts will undertake to discuss the problem with a view to reaching- a mutually acceptable solution.
