Common use of Time Parameters Clause in Contracts

Time Parameters. A nurse shall request the supervisor of his/her 14 program to schedule time off by giving notice electronically not more than six 15 months prior to the posting date of the earliest schedule covering such time off.

Time Parameters. A nurse shall request the supervisor of his/her 14 30 program to schedule time off by giving notice electronically not more than six 15 31 months prior to the posting date of the earliest schedule covering such time off.

Time Parameters. A nurse shall request the supervisor of his/her 14 program to schedule time off by giving notice electronically not more than six 15 (6) months prior to the posting date of the earliest schedule covering such time off. The Agency will respond in writing to such request no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of the request.
