Common use of Time of Notice Clause in Contracts

Time of Notice. Every such notice, demand, request or other communication hereunder shall be deemed to have been given or served for all purposes hereunder when delivered personally or, if mailed, forty-eight (48) hours after the time that the same shall be deposited in the United States mails, postage prepaid, in the manner provided in Section 21.01 hereof.
