Time of Effectiveness. Unless otherwise provided, this Contract shall take effect when all of the following events have occurred: A. This Contract has been signed on behalf of CONTRACTOR by the person or persons authorized to bind CONTRACTOR; B. This Contract has been approved by the City Council or by the board, officer or employee authorized to give such approval; C. The Office of the City Attorney has indicated in writing its approval of this Contract as to form; and D. This Contract has been signed on behalf of CITY by the person designated by the City Council, or by the board, officer or employee authorized to enter into this Contract.
