Common use of Time of Distribution Clause in Contracts

Time of Distribution. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, shares and/or cash distributable in respect of Performance Shares Earned in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 3 will be distributed as soon as practicable after January 7, 2011, but in no event later than January 14, 2011.

Time of Distribution. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, shares and/or cash distributable in respect of Performance Shares Earned in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 3 will be distributed as soon as practicable after January 75, 20112009, but in no event later than January 1412, 20112009.
