Common use of Time of Delivery of the Goods Clause in Contracts

Time of Delivery of the Goods. The Supplier shall provide the Goods on the date(s) specified in the Order Form (or elsewhere in this Call Off Contract) and the Milestone Dates (if any). Such provision shall include compliance with the obligation on the Supplier set out in Clause 6 (Implementation Plan). Subject to Clause 8.2.3 (Time of Delivery of the Goods), where the Goods are delivered by the Supplier, the point of delivery shall be when the Goods are removed from the transporting vehicle and transferred at the Sites. Where the Goods are collected by the Customer, the point of delivery shall be when the Goods are loaded on the Customer's vehicle. Where the Customer has specified any Installation Works in the Order Form (or elsewhere in this Call Off Contract), Delivery shall include installation of the Goods by the Supplier Personnel at the Sites or at such place as the Customer shall reasonably direct.
