Common use of Time of Delivery of the Goods Clause in Contracts

Time of Delivery of the Goods. The Supplier shall provide the Goods on the date(s) specified in the Call Off Order Form (or elsewhere in this Call Off Contract) and the Milestone Dates (if any). Subject to Clause 9.2.3 (Time of Delivery of the Goods), where the Goods are delivered by the Supplier, the point of delivery shall be when the Goods are removed from the transporting vehicle and transferred at the Sites. On dispatch of any consignment of the Goods the Supplier shall send the Customer an advice note specifying the means of transport, the place and date of dispatch, the number of packages, their weight and volume together with the all other relevant documentation and information required to be provided under any Laws. The Customer may inspect and examine the manner in which the Supplier supplies the Goods at the Sites and, if the Sites are not the Customer Premises, the Customer may carry out such inspection and examination during normal business hours and on reasonable notice.
