Time Limit in Lodging Claims. Should the Artist deem that they have he/she has any claim against the Theatre under their his/her contract, they he/she shall present the same in writing to the Theatre, or to Equity within fourfour (4) weeks after the time when such claim shall have arisen unless he/she shall give to Equity or to the arbitrator, or to either of them a good and sufficient reason for any delay after such period of four (4) weeks.
