Common use of Time Increments Clause in Contracts

Time Increments. A minimum reservation of two hours is required for any area. Set up and take down time must be included in the reservation request. Additional times may be reserved in one hour increments. Reservations are limited to dates and times available on the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Library Meeting Room calendar. Meetings must begin at 10am or later, Monday through Saturday, and may extend beyond library closing hours. Library facilities are not available on Sundays. Please inquire with library staff to check available dates. When meetings are scheduled beyond regular library hours, the user will be responsible for: 1) Ensuring that the group remains in the meeting room area. 2) Inform those not connected to the group that the library is closed. 3) Remind those in attendance that smoking is not permitted in the library, or within 20 feet of the doors. 4) Maintain orderly conduct among those in the building. 5) At the end of any meeting, chairs must be stacked on the chair carts. There are up to 50 chairs available. 6) Tables must be cleaned if needed, then folded and stacked against the wall. 7) Chalkboards must be erased, and misc. furniture returned to where it was found. 8) The room must be picked up, vacuumed (vacuum cleaner is by the back door) and left in a neat and orderly condition.
