Common use of TIME FOR PROJECT COMPLETION Clause in Contracts

TIME FOR PROJECT COMPLETION. All of Contractor’s work on the Project shall be completed within durations established for the individual activities as set forth in the Project Construction Schedule. All work shall commence ten (10) calendar days after receiving a written Notice to Proceed from the City. Contractor shall refer to the Notice Inviting Bids, and Project Plans and Specifications, all of which, as set forth below, are incorporated herein by reference, for contractual obligations regarding individual activity durations. The aggregate sum total work of all individual prime contractors to the City comprises the entire “Project” and shall be commenced and completed in conformance with the Project Construction Schedule. The Project Construction Schedule shall be submitted to the City at the pre-construction meeting. The entire Project shall be completed within five calendar days (“Contract Time”).
