Common use of Time for Filing and Effectiveness Clause in Contracts

Time for Filing and Effectiveness. On or before the date which is ninety (90) days after the request for such registration, the Company shall file with the SEC the Required Registration with respect to all Registrable Securities to be so registered, and shall use its best efforts to cause such Required Registration to become effective as promptly as practicable after the filing thereof, but in no event later than the day which is one hundred eighty (180) days after the request for such registration.
