Common use of TIME DEVOTED BY CONSULTANT Clause in Contracts

TIME DEVOTED BY CONSULTANT. It is anticipated that the Consultant shall spend as much time as deemed necessary by the Consultant in order to perform the obligations of Consultant hereunder. The Company understands that this amount of time may vary and that the Consultant may perform consulting services for other companies. The Consulting Services are not intended to require full time work but approximately 20 hours per month.

The Company understands that this amount of time may vary from day-to-day and that the Consultant may will perform Consulting Services for other clients and/or companies at the same time, and that Consultant is not making a full time commitment to render the consulting services for other companies. The Consulting Services are not intended to require full time work but approximately 20 hours per monthspecified.

TIME DEVOTED BY CONSULTANT. It is anticipated that the Consultant shall spend as much time as deemed necessary by the Consultant in order to perform the obligations of Consultant hereunder. The Company understands that this amount of time may vary vary, and that the Consultant may perform consulting Consulting Services for other companies just as the Company may seek other Consultants and Investment Bankers to perform services for other companies. The Consulting Services are not intended to require full time work but approximately 20 hours per monththe Company.

TIME DEVOTED BY CONSULTANT. It is anticipated that the Consultant shall spend as much time as deemed necessary by the Consultant in order to perform the obligations of Consultant hereunder. The Company company understands that this amount of time may vary and that the Consultant may perform consulting services Consulting Services for other companiescompanies on non-competing products. The Consulting Services are company and Consultant agree that time is of the essence in this agreement. Consultant will respond to requests for consultation as promptly as possible but not intended to require full time work but approximately 20 hours per monthexceed two (2) weeks unless agreed to by the company and the consultant.

It is anticipated that the Consultant shall spend as much time as deemed necessary by the Consultant in order to perform the obligations a minimum of Consultant hereunder120 hours per month providing Consulting Services. The Company understands that this amount of time may vary and that the Consultant may perform consulting services for other companies. TIME DEVOTED BY CONSULTANT. It is anticipated that the Consultant shall spend as much time as deemed necessary by the Consultant a maximum of fifteen (15) hours per week in order to perform the obligations of Consultant hereunder. The Company understands that this amount of time may vary and that the Consultant may perform consulting services Consulting Services for other companies. The Consulting Services are not intended to require full time work but approximately 20 hours per month.

TIME DEVOTED BY CONSULTANT. It is anticipated that Consultant will spend approximately 25% of his personal time in fulfilling his obligations under this Agreement but it is understood that the Consultant shall spend as much time as deemed necessary by the Consultant in order to perform the obligations of Consultant hereunder. The Company understands that this actual amount of time may vary and that the from month to month. Consultant may utilize other employees to perform consulting services for other companies. The Consulting Services are not intended to require full time work but approximately 20 hours per monththe daily administrative traffic functions as listed above.
