TIME DEFINED. A regularly scheduled part-time bargaining unit member is one who is regularly scheduled to work a minimum of forty (40) hours but less than eighty (80) hours within a bi-weekly period.

Overtime Defined All time worked before or after the regular work day, the regular work week or on a holiday, as specified herein, shall be considered overtime.
EMPLOYEE DEFINED As used in this Section, "employee" means any person holding a regular, provisional, or temporary appointment in the County service, and otherwise subject to the provisions of this Memorandum of Understanding.
Overtime Definition Overtime shall be defined as being all hours worked in excess of the normal or standard work day, or in excess of the normal or standard work week. FTE Definition Effective September 1, 2017, part-time teacher FTE will be determined by the ratio of the teacher’s actual annual instructional time to the teacher instructional time of a full-time assignment in the teacher’s school. Employee Definitions For the purpose of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:
Service Definition For purposes of this Agreement and Executive’s Compensatory Equity, “Service” shall mean service by the Executive as an employee and/or consultant of the Company (or any subsidiary or parent or affiliated entity of the Company) and/or service by the Executive as a member of the Board.
Defined The failure of a Party to perform any of its obligations in accordance with this Agreement, in whole or in part or in a timely or satisfactory manner, shall be a breach. The institution of proceedings under any bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization or similar law, by or against Local Agency, or the appointment of a receiver or similar officer for Local Agency or any of its property, which is not vacated or fully stayed within 30 days after the institution of such proceeding, shall also constitute a breach.
Knowledge Defined For purposes of this Agreement, the term “the Company's knowledge” or similar references to knowledge as used herein shall mean in the case of the Members and the Company, the actual knowledge of Rxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Sxx Xxxxxxxx and Jxxx Xxxxxxx after reasonably inquiry.
