Time/Dates. Time is and shall be of the essence of this Agreement. All references to the “date of this Agreement” shall be deemed to refer to the later of the date of Buyer’s or Seller’s execution of this Agreement. If any time period or deadline set forth in this Agreement falls on a Saturday, Sunday or federal banking holiday, such time period or deadline shall be extended until the next succeeding business day.
