Time/Dates. Time is of the essence of this Agreement. If any date in this Agreement for the delivery of any document or the happening of any event should, under the terms hereof, fall on a weekend or holiday, then such date shall be automatically extended to the next succeeding weekday that is not a holiday.

The final day of any time period under this Exchange Agreement or any deadline under this Exchange Agreement shall be the specified day or date, and shall include the period of time through and including such specified day or date. All references to the "Effective Date," if any, shall be deemed to refer to the date the council for the City and the Board of Education issues a final approval of this Exchange Agreement, whichever occurs last.
Time/Dates. Time is of the essence of this Contract. If the last day of a time period falls on a weekend or holiday, the period will be extended to include the next business day.

All trailers, tents, displays, etc. must remain intact until the close of the fair. Vendor booths must be open when the Fair opens and remain open until Fair closes. Failure to operate during fair hours will result in forfeiture of space without refund.
