Time Control. The Contractor shall submit a revised Program including Environmental Management Plan for the Works (in such form and detail as the engineer shall reasonably prescribe) within 14 days of delivery of the Letter of Acceptance. GCC 26.3 The period between Program updates is 7 days. The amount to be withheld for late submission of an updated Program is Rs 500000/-.
